Delivery

2 Go Direct Limited (Rax 2 Go) we pride ourselves on our fast and efficient
dispatch of orders, which is one of many factors that have enabled us to build
and maintain a loyal, happy customer base.
Cost
Due
to the size and weight of some of our products a delivery cost will be charged.
The amount will depend on the product and will be shown separately at the
checkout. Many of our items still offer free delivery throughout the United
Kingdom.
Address
Requirements
We
will not ship to a PO Box number. It is your responsibility to ensure that the
delivery address given is a deliverable one. If a flat or apartment, then the
flat number and building number must be clearly stated.
An e-mail address
is essential so that we can:
a) Confirm your order and expected delivery
date.
b) Keep in touch with you regarding your order.
Non-
Deliverable Items
If
any item fails to be delivered because of a fault given in the address submitted
on order, shipping costs will not be reimbursed and we will not be held
accountable for late delivery. Re-shipping charges will be charged to the client
before the goods are re-despatched.
Temporarily
out of stock items
If,
on the extremely rare occasions we receive payment for goods that are
temporarily out of stock, we will contact you via telephone or e-mail to inform
you immediately.
